Hi guys,

I have a hp dvd writer 300n as a burner and I usually have no problems burning dvd+ but lately, if I try to rip a dvd- to my computer, it gives me an error message and I can't do it... if I succeed in copying the file to my hard drive, when I go to burn the dvd to a dvd-, it tells me that I have to put a dvd+ in it.

A friend told me that when he had a file on his computer, he could burn it either on a + or - dvd, but it always seems to ask me for a +, even if I copied a -...

Is that clear enough and can someone help, please?
