Does anyone know the file size or has succesfully backed up Chaos Theory NTSC format? Any info will be greatly appreciated.

there is a patch for the PAL version of SC:CT so I would imagine one is needed for the NTSC version as well

yesterday, i successfully backed up a NTSC copy of chaos theory. also, i patched it to play online but i havent checked to see if it works online yet. if youd like, i can post when i know for sure.

I back-up PC3 last night work and it well with no problems, using magic swap 3.3 on the new slim PS2.

have any of you backed up the PAL version with success. my one doesnt work or my PAL timesplitters 3, i am using swap magic dvd 2.0 will the newer version make it work.

for you guys looking for the PAL patch for chaos theory, i have heard that if you burn the PAL image, it works just fine without the patch. so, try that, and if it doesnt work, PM me with your email addys and ill get it for you

loads up fine until u choose single player or online mode, after selecting single player the screen went blank n then suddenly the "please insert a ps2 format disc" error message appeared :S
Im guessing the patch I requested would fix this by editing the boot sequence so that only the single player or multiplayer mode can be played (depending on which patch u use).

thats wot ive been asking but apparently ppl wont take 5 mins out their time to do so....

for real, I tried using Mezzy, and was able to get to their but it wouldn't let me download the actual patch. I hope someone comes out with a NTSC patch just in case this doesn't work.

When I backed up my chaos theory and played it with swap magic 3 and once you get to the coop/solo it cannot load - "Please instert a ps disk"
How is this fixed?

well, they have a patch that fixes it for the PAL version, but the patch is on the ps2nfo site and a lot of those people are jerks. If you can register on their site and goto site utilities the patch is at the bottom of the patch. "Solo Missions only". If you download the patch be a sport and pm me and I'll give you my email to send it to. Thanks.

On my PS2 (Pal V7) I can play Chaos Theory without a patch, it runs perfectly and its the same with my cousins V4 both using swap magic 3.3

im trying to make a dvd backup for my pc ive tryed DVD Decrypter with no luck it looks like its working but when u try to play it says the cd is not in can i get any help on this?

Just rebuild it cdvdgen, boots and plays fine. I havnt plaed it long but appears to be doing good.
First regular burn was black screen.(Dvdecrypter)
Try it u will like it
