Don't think so. Didn't work on my DMS4 Pro mod chip PS2, so I doubt it'll work on your SM.

I have a magic kx that claims to run PAL, but couldn't... >_<

with swap magic 3.3 u can play PAL games, all u need to do is change the boot mode to NTSC if u playing a PAL game instead of Normal.
