Hi

i am new to this site and i want to copy my own dvds as they are old but which dvds does an old ps2 take dvd-r or dvd+r i have tried dvd-rw but it does not work any 1 have any idea plz help

dvd-r. Don't use rw's. Did you search the forum for the guide to making backups? It'll walk you through step by step. Good luck.

All versions read DVD-R, some version 4's read both, anything above version 4 should read DVD-R and DVD+R. I don't think any versions read RW. Personally, I always use DVD-R.
