I tryed to put a film threw dvd santa but when you click add media click on the film and then press open it says unable to open video stream.It will still proceed and copy on to dvd but all you see when you put it in your dvd player is dvd santa.com and you will hear the audio of the film but no picture.I am all new to this i am just starting out so please help

what type of file you may need to redo the file

It was a mpeg file.The film plays great on the media player but when you put it threw the dvd santa it does not work.How do you redo the file

you will need to convert your file to iso or so on type in mpeg files in search bar and u will find everything u need to now good luck
