I have video files I want to burn to dvd-r but i dont have the sofware, but i do have a Dvd burner.

What should I use to make all my video files easily be easily modified to mp4 to watch on my dvd player on an all in one program?

Alot of people said that Nero should be good, when I lauched it the only thing I found that looked close, was create a file DVD. Nevertheless my Trial period is over.

Buy Nero Ultra and Download DVDDecrypter for free. Decrypter will allow you to copy Encrypted (copy protected)movies to your hard drive. Nero will then provide you with many options to burn the unencrypted file to DVD media. The quickest Nero app for this purpose is Recode.

You can download the Nero trial every month for free if you wish. The dates it renews have changed. Instead of renewing at the beginning of the month I do believe it's now the 22nd. So the trial should run from the 22nd to the 21st of the following month. Be sure to uninstall and run the Nero Clean Tools each time you update.

Ain't nothing wrong with "blonde days", Scuba. I have them 7 days a week. My better half says the dumb things I do has nothing to do with being blonde, it has to do with the "vacumn" between the ears.:)

FuriKuri:

Next time you post put in more information,

What type of video files? .avi, .mpg, .vob, .ogm

if its anything other then .vob DVD format it has to be re encoded.

Also how large the file is. Not all videos will fit on a DVD5 you may have to shrink it.

What type of burner do you have?

What disks are you using?

Anyways welcome!

Hey I just realized I made it to "Member" very nice

Is your driver's Firmware Up-to-date ?
To check on our firmware we'll need a little "kweel tool" which we can get from here -

http://flashman.rpc-1.com/

At the bottom of the page look for "What's my firmware? - Try this little tool I found," Download this tool and check out your Firmware's health (up-to-date wise). You can probably get a current upgrade there also -

If you haven't gotten the proper firmware - back you go to get your upgrade - available at the Firmware page -

http://forum.rpc1.org/dl_all.php

Firmware, You can't be without it -

Is your drive external ?

Is your drive's Firmware Up-to-date ?

Are all your drivers Up-to-date ?

Is it USB 1.0 connected ? Is it USB 2.0 connected ?

Is it connected via Firewire ?
