Just for Sh*ts and Giggles I tried to burn a PS2 ISO at 8x and it seems to work fine so far....just as a "lets see if it works"

yea some games work at max speed, but the new good games wont. So if you dont want to waste any dvd-r you should just burn all games at 1x-2x.
