I have a full Video_ts file what software could i use to burn it onto a playable DVD ??

Firstly make sure it is all contained within a folder named VIDEO_TS (all in capitals).

Then burning software such as Nero and Recordnow.

With Nero:
At Nero Recode, click 'Import DVD', then highlight the 'video_ts' folder, confirm, and burn away.
