i get the problem "the disk you are using maybe dirty or damaged" and i know for a fact that it isnt the dvd disks since when i try playing most burnt backed up games they get this error. i was wondering how could i clean my xbox lens? i wouldnt want to open the xbox tho!

Just buy a cd lens cleaner disk and play it in your box. Thats what i do and it works fine.

what the fuck is in your heads......dont you even think of opening your dvd drive...youre getting the error because youre running the game either in wrong videomode or you need to patch it.....process an acl over the folder with the game with dvd2xbox and if the problem persists in evox system settings change videomode to auto, save&exit, go to engimah videomode switchdisk, change to other videomode and reboot xbox with the game inserted in the dvd drive most likely....happy now ?

kk thanks guys. i used the dvd lens cleaner and it seems to work a bit better. i still think i should buy the samsung drive since i have heard lots of stuff about it. :)
