i"ve read the guide but cant seem to find my problem.
At the end where i need to convert avi i get a error message:
cant load "p3pacakge.dll"

Hi Krushin,

Since you've provided us with so much information about what you're doing and with what -

I'll suggest that you first run your AVI files to ensure that all the files are there and there is no corruption THEN use DivxToDVD to render your files to VOB's.
