I have a NTSC GC but my second tv does not support 60Hz PAL mode..

Because of this PAL games are B&W...

I wonder that when i get Viper for my GC, will it be possible to change the region of my GC to PAL from NTSC ?

You know you can do this in Xbox.

Or dou know any other solution for my problem ? Maybe there is an RGB cable or whatever ?

Same problem here, PAL tv only gives Black & White, whatever setting i use and i dont have a NTSC tv :( and i have a PAL cube
