daemon tools instead of ISO Buster?

For reasons I won't discuss <cough cough>, I'm looking for a way to extract files from an ISO as I have used ISO Buster in the past.

Does anyone know of a reason I could not use daemon tools to mount the ISO and pull the files out that way?

Daemon tools as well as isobuster wont extract the second layer on dvd 9 disks.

get apache 2. It works better than isobuster and
extracts both layer 0 and layer 1.

I have a QUESTION!! I have a PS2 (SLIM).I just got the maxtor 80GB with a enclosure. And i just orderd a USBExtreme. If you have a SLIM PS2 is that all you need(PS2, HDD, Enclosure, and the USBEXTREME)? Or do you need the mod and Magic Switch(Ghost Switch)?
