i didnt notice it till i seen that my dvd's was taking 2 time as long to copy and to burn then i decided to try and play a movie on my pc and the sound is stuttery or somthn can anyone help all i knoe is my dvdrw drive is pioneer plz help?

no and im sorry its a philips drive i do alot of burning and copying using the drive but video is fine but i used 3 diffrent dvd programs they all have weird echo sound to the voices anyyone know a fix please

the sound is kinda right but it has a weird effect in sound gets on my nerves bad and i think this is why my burn speed has drops also i wanna fix this so bad my pc is only 4 months old and worked fine till now even my music cds has the sound problem any advise what to do to test it or fix it please
