Access Denied to CDRW drive

when i used to put any blank media into my cdrw drive i got the favourable menu "what do u want to do" etc.

now all i get is an error box saying "E:/ Access denied"

what can i do to go back to the menu popping up ?

uninstall, defrag than reinstall your burning program
