i am new to DVD backups and i would like to know what is the best blank dvd media for backing up games. I have a Duo 2 SE modchip installed on a 390001 model.

But watch out as there is much fake media going around. I read that if you buy from reputable sites you don't really have to worry about fake media. Try supermediastore.com, rima.com, stay away from shop4tech.com <--------------bad news there.

A program called dvd identifier will do the trick.
You can find it here in the software section somewhere.

i'm starting to worry cos i bought my TY from them
i just used dvd identifier and it says mine is TY
so that does mean mine is the real TY brand?
if it's fake, would it trick dvd identifier into thinking it's a TY?
