How do I apply the DNAS patch? Do I extract the iso patch and burn it with the game iso to a dvd-r or dvd+r? Or do I just add all the files from the zip ptach (unextracted iso patch) with game iso and then burn?

you need the disc ID utility (from ps2nfo.com) and the image patcher utility (also from ps2nfo.com). Burn the disc ID utility onto a CD-R, put that in your playstation, when it says insert disc and press x, put in the original game and press x. Then the top ID number (Disc ID I believe it says) and that's the number you will put into the patcher utility. Load up the patcher utility on your computer, select the ISO you want to patch, type in the code and hit patch.
