Help Needed With SM3.3 (PAL)

Hi, i recently sold my Swap Magic v.2 and upgraded to Swap Magic v.3.3.
the problem im having is that i cant load my back-ups using SM3.3, could anyone help me with this i'll give you some details to try and help:

My SM consists of 2 CD's 1 named DVD version and the other named CD vrsion, which should i be using?
When i insert the SM a menu comes up saying LOAD PROGRAM and VIDEO MODE, what should i do here, there are 2 options to load a NORMAL BOOT=X and SPECIAL BOOT= SQUARE.

With my old version you just put in the disc and wait for it to say INSERT DISC, i then used the slide tool procedure and i have had no problems loading the games. Now i cant load any with SM3.3

The media im using are 4.7gb DATAWRITE DVD-R, but as i said i had no problems loading games before.
Any help and i would be very grateful.

since you already had swap magic, you should know the answer to this.
If normal boot doesn't work for a game, try special boot.

most ps2 games are dvd rom so use your dvd sm disk ,pop it in and dont touch anything until it says load programme,. now use your swipe card and open swap disks, then press x

sly_61019, i never payed much attention as to which disc i used as my bro showed me how to use it so i kept the disc seperate to the other, no need to be cocky.
