can some1 explain how to format a dvdrw on nero or any other program

do a 'full Erase' in Nero.

after that can i just do a drag and drop to the dvdrw or do i burn it on and if i burn it on can i erase it again

you can't drag and drop via the explorer. You can drag and drop via Nero. And you can erase via Nero.
