need some help: have made and educational movie on programming. it is part of a community project and is distributed on cd in avi format for watching on pc monitor. the movie consists largely of screen recordings done with camtasia. there is now a large demand to distribute the movie on vhs cassette for watching on pal tv. however, when i play the movia through my tv-out (rca) port to tv (pal) and from there to video (vhs) there is a huge loss in quality. apparently i need a scan rate converter (something like an AVerKey 7 or a CORIOgen Eclipse) between pc and tv. these things (good ones) are expensive ! is there any software for win2000 that can do the same ?
