Hello and thank you for all the help you have given me in the past but im sorry to bring another question. Is there a way to run my PS2 though my PC so that i can use my monitor as what would be the tv screen and put games into my playstation to run, or even use my PS2 to browse my computer for games i have backed up on it and play them that way without having to has a ps2 emulator running since the ps2 would be the emulator ect ? And what is this hdd loader or this hdd thing that has to do with the playstation 2 does that have something to do with it ? well if you know how to do this could you please tell me what i need to accoplish it and the steps that need to be taken. thank you.

first off if you don't own the originals and if you want to transfer the games to the hard drive you have to either connect it directly on one of your PCs IDE chanels or use an IDE to USB cable or case. If you don't want to to have to take you HDD out of your PS2 try networking your PS2 and using FAPlink to transfer the games.

yes.
Try google. Search for HDAdvance.
(You will need that too.).
Also all hdd are NOT compatible for ps2 use.
There is a compatibiltiy list around here somewhere.

Good luck :)
