I have read some previous discussions concerning my question, however none have answered this specifically. I believe I have found a way to sell backup PS2 games legally, by first having the purchasing client prove that they own the disc. Very few people would qualify in my hypothetical situation, though, because they would need to upload their disc image to an Internet server or email it to an extremely large-capacity email account. They would generate the disc image file with a free game-backuping program that I have found on the Internet. By providing the image, they prove that they own the game and provide me with the material that I need to burn a copy. Most people that could make the image would also be able to burn it though. This service would be for those people who lack the DVD burner or know-how to burn. In essence the only charge will be for shipping, a DVD, and my time to burn it. I realize that this idea may have a hole in it that I am missing, so please courteously notify me if there is. Thank You.

Try posting your crap at a warez forum. We don't deal with finding "loopholes" for selling illeagal backups. PERIOD.
