i HAVE BRAND NEW DVD - DELOVELY; HOWEVER, I CANNOT GET RID OF THE SUBTITLES WHICH ARE IN ENGLISH AS IS THE TALKING ON THE SCREEN. I HAVE DONE EVERYTHING I CAN, BUT THE WRITTEN ENGLISH WORD ON THE BOTTOM OF THE SCREEN WILL NOT DISAPPEAR. I HAVE TRIED MY OTHER NEW DVD'S AND GO INTO SUBTITLE THREE TIMES AND CLICK OFF, AND THEY WORK FINE. THEREFORE I AM GETTING A REFUND ON THIS, BUT I WOULD LIKE TO KNOW IN THE FUTURE WHAT IS WRONG. CAN ANYONE HELP??
