Using DVD Shrink on Closer and After the Sunset getting really long encoding times. 300 hours or more

Well, it's not the movies, I wouldn't think. I just burned both of these.

My DVD Shrink was doing that about a month ago and I did this:

1. Uninstall DVD Shrink
2. Reboot
3. Install DVD Shrink
4. Reboot

It worked for me. Not saying it will definitely fix the problem, but perhaps there are other ideas as well. Also, check your DMA settings as well, depending your OS, they might have a tendency to switch back to PIO unbeknownst to you.

Where are my DMA settings at . It analyzes fine but then encoding time is terrible. I deleted and reinstalled once any help is appreciated.
