xbox dvd isn't working after modding

I have an xbox 1.6b with xenium spice. I can see the xbox hard drive and some other stuff on my computer (about 5 letters c,f,x,y,&z I believe) but nothing with a game to transfer the files and yes a game is in. Do I need to reinstall a driver or something so I can see the xbox dvd drive or what?

Are you running the ftp from the xenium alone or going through a dashboard like evox?

some bios's can have it so that the dvd drive isnt recognized on boot......
