on torrent sites some pal games say size is 4.19gb etc but a game with usa at the end is like 1.5-2.8gb but same game is there a reason for this and will the usa game play onb a uk machine

The reason is its illegal.
And the extra space is tracking files.

If i own the game i may leagaly download.

But why are most usa games 2gigabyte smaller than PAL games
