Damaged DVD: Want to put VOB's into a new IFO with new menus.

ok dudes, i got this dvd that is messed up. the menus dont work when you put it in. i decrypted it with dvddecrypter into an IFO and an ISO. when i play the VOBs from the IFO that arent the menus, the ones that are the actual footage, they will play in powerdvd. how can i make new menus and then add the footage VOBs to an IFO with working menus? Oh yea - about the ISO, when i mount it to my virtual drive it will play somewhat, i can press play when the menu comes up but thats all i can do because the selector is on play and i cant move it down to deleted scenes or anything else. should i just burn the iso to the disk or what? what would account for it playing on my virtual drive quasi-OK but when i play it directly off the DVD it screws up? any help will be appreciated. thanks - allen
