Hi

Are there any other 'easy for newbies' programs like DIVX to DVD, to convert an MPEG into the DVD files.

I have big probs with this program, whenever i use it it is doubling my movie length, i get the movie, then the movie again afterwards ,total of 8 VOB files for a just under 2 hr MPEG.

I admit that these programs are not the best way to do the job, just I believe it's the easiest one. So if you find the TMPGEnc Plus / DVD Authoring program way too compicated, this guide will let you convert your DivX and XviD files with just a few clicks.
I wanted an easier program than TMPGEnc so I gave this a shot. It was easier, but back when I used it my old computer took all night to convert a single Divx movie. I think the program(s) they use have 30 day free trials on them, don't know how much they cost to own.

Here's a list to choose from. There are several free and shareware options for converting.
