Or on crack. If you really wanna freak someone out, sit at a red light when someone's next to you and just lay on the horn and don't let go. Also you have to stare at them all crazy like you just got out of the mental asylum, without looking at anything else.

One of my friends did that when I was in the car with him. I don't think I ever laughed so hard in my life. The people next to us actually ran the red light. We caught up to them though hehehehe...
