I see on http://ps2source.net/plugins.php?load=Downloads&function=viewcat&catid=11 there is an HDLoader Dual Layer patch to load DVD9 games to the HD. It says you have to "apply tihs patch with a ips patcher directly to the elf file." I do not know what this means. Does anyone have instructions on how I can apply this patch?
