Hi,

Recently i moved my xbox to another room and when we set it up when we opened the disc drive the disc was still spinning in the tray, now evo doesnt recognise anything no games or dvd just says no disk after init. the obvius diagnosis would be a dodgy disc drive, im just asking wether this is no feature of any of the mods as the xbox was fine about an hour earlier when he was playin it at his house.

the info on the box is its from the first batch of usa xboxs released and also the mod is alladin live.

any help would be appreciated and if i ned to replace the drive where how much and whats the best drive for it.

Is it a solderless chip? maybe a pin popped out during the move.
