I downloaded Flash,put in the proper IP adress. It still comes up connection failed. I have a HP pavilion 5000 series with Windows XP. My xbox is modded. It has UnleashedX. I need help in laymen terms.Go ahead give me an e-mail mplshowie@hotmail.com Sorry for the stupid questions.

hmmm, what are you using for a connection between your Xbox and PC, a crossover cable or router? Make sure again that you are typing in the correct username, password, and IP address, and make sure you are in the correct screen on UnleasedX.

If you have just one cable between your xbox and pc you need a crossover cable...if its through a hub of some sort you can use some networking cable.

Make sure that your xbox's default gateway is the same numbers as your computer IP.

Make sure your cables are plugged in before you turn your xbox on.

The networking cable shdwsfall is referring to is called a strait through ethernet cable....
