I'm new to all this and I need help.

Basiclly I have taken a DV film, well 2 in fact each 1 hour long. I have put them on to my computer. They have saved as MPEG files each just over 12 Gig. Basiclly I need help in shrinking the and converting them so that they fit (hopefull) onto one DVD+R disc.

Many thanks in advance for your help.
