How to copy a back-up PS2 game?

Can anyone advise on how to copy a PS2 back-up? I've hear that you need to ISO read/write using DVD decrypter, or even use Roxio to copy one drive to another?

Any help appreciated.

Just go about it the way you would a normal pressed PS2 game.
DVD Decrypter - MODE>ISO>Read
MODE>ISO>Write

Burn at a slow yet supported speed. ;)

i would go with what mik3h siad

but in the past i have just copied 1 on the fly

and it worked perfectly
