I just got a 100pk TYG01 from supermediastore. When I placed them on the cakebox, i noticed with the light the edges were bumpy (like a diamond cut reflection). I can feel the bumpiness w/my fingers. I have had no problems, backed up about 10 of my dvd's. I checked the Maxell i had previously bought at wal-mart, and they too have these bumpy edges. Is this normal on all dvd's? I compared CD-R's and they don't seem to have this. Thanx.

exactly...mine too...it's aesthetic flaw, does not affect the compatibility or burn ratio. i still get flawless burns w/ these bumpy discs. im well over 1,500 burns on these 4x TYGO1s from supermediastore now and they have yet to give me a problem. don't worry, be happy...burning.
