I tried to backup my copy of naked gun. It said the dvd was for the European region. This happened one other time with the God Father 3. My dvd player states I can only change it's region 3 times. Even after changing it it still wont backup.

If you run AnyDVD or DVD43 in the backround your dvd player should see the disk as region free so it would't have to change it's region code any more. What do you mean it won't backup?
