Guys, I have a full DVD iso (which is in rar form), how do i burn it to a dvd-r?

Games are

SSX_3_USA_PS2-ECHELON

Shrek_2_PAL_PS2DVD-PreCiSiON

After I extract them I get a rar file and if I extract that I get a few differant files like System , Music , Demo etc, etc.

what am i doing wrong and can someone please explain to me how i can play these?

i presume ur using DVD Decrypter

if not get it its freely avaliable

first put the game go to iso read, copy it to sumwere on ya hdd

than put in ya blank media

go to iso write and find and select the iso

and thats it

you have extracted the rar files too much

i am guessing the games you have are made up lots of little rar files???
if not.......just one rar file???

i think u have the first(lots of little rar files...001,002 etc???)

u just need to extract the first rar file on the list,THE VERY FIRST ONE,
dont extract them all,just one!!!!
this will give you an iso,or whatever the game is on

Thanx... But at 90% I got an error

Failed to read from file : E-SSX3.ISO
Reason : Data Error (cyclic redundancy check)

Why did this happen ?
I burnt at 4x, the buffer speed went from 100% to 0% at 90% complete.

Guys, I also got another error on a differant file

What dose this mean?

this is normally associated with cheap media

what disc's are you using???

just out of interest.....is your dma enabled?

post me the log from DVD Decrypter,so i can have a look

What is dma, how do i turn it on or off as i am a newbie at the program.

how many burn failures have you had??

a lot??

check the dma settings

my computer>control panel> system hardware> device manager> ie/atapi controllers> right click secondary ide channel(or the one which the burner is attached)>properties>advanced settings.....DMA SHOULD BE ON....ALWAYS

i am not saying this is the problem,because it looks like DVD Decrypter cannot read the iso image

you are writing with DVD Decrypter using......

yeah i am at a mates house drinking Burbon , watching the footy but i know i used mode > read > write... i will check the amd or what ever it is when i get home tomorrow i will check it out.
