Your local Police Station has them, just trade in your old pair of handcuffs and they'll set you up.

You can't buy, it's pretty much illegal, just use bittorrent to download or DVD Decrypter to make an image from a retail game.

don't download the games, that's wrong. Just go rent them and make copy of them. That way u can legally make a back up of something u paid for.
