Is your player DivX certified? Then probably yes to the DivX, mpg and AVI, but no need to convert to ISO before burning. If the player doesn't support avi/mpeg4, raw mpg's, etc. then no. You have to convert to DVD video or (S)VCD before burning.
Thanks. This sucks but my dvd player doesnt play MPG's. First I converted a AVI file to MPG.
Now Im converting the AVI file to DVD. Ill let you know if it works.
hi, i need to know which program to use to convert divx to iso in order to burn it to a cdr to dvd. i have about 30 divx movies, and i need to know how to get them on a 700mb cdr or a 4.7 gb dvdr and they have to be able to play on my stand alone dvd player
