I have a V12 with a matrix infinity modchip
and my pstwo plays all NTSC games ok,except PAL games. And my pstwo can play Pal games but the gaming screen is always shaking very fast,so that I can't see what's in the screen.
Could anybody give me some recommendations what's going on here??

It could be your TV,it might not support PAL format.You could also try patching the PAL games to NTSC format,might help out.
