@godzilla

I/O = Input/Output error. This means the computer is having trouble reading or writing to a source. Can be caused by a bad sector, but usually a scratched, smudged or defective disk

It only stated that I incurred an i/o error and could not continue. Resolved it by upgrading the DVD Decrypter to the latest version.

Did you use DVDShrink to encode and compress your movie? If not go to this site to download and read guide on the program. Your file is too large to fit and you need DVD Shrink to compress it down.

Scroll down page until you see DVDShrink, and download

I should read more carefully. I had the same problem until I upgraded to ...4. I see that you used the same version. I used DVD Shrink before burning to a disk. All was successful.
