I am using Both DVD Decyrptor and Alcohol 120 and still having trouble getting games to work. I have both a Mod Chip and Game Shark? Is there a better software to use besides Game Shark that I can download.

I have used 3 different kinds of -R Discs. Imation, Value Discs, and Sonic. All 4X speeds. I know these are not the best discs, but they all work for copying movies. I use AnyDVD and CloneDVD for that.

Another possible issue is that I cannot burn below 2.5 on Decryptor and 4.0 on Alcohol. It won't let me change it. Not sure if this is a softare or hardware problem or what?

I am burning the image to the harddrive, as an ISO with Decryptor, and then onto disc. I am not sure what else could be wrong? Are their setting I need to change on either software?
Please help???

youve answered your own question in your post.its a media issue.

use DVD Decrypter but with decent discs.use ritek GO4 or yoshi (whatever that name is) and burn at 2X maximum.

When I put in to burn at 1 or 2 speed, it goes to 2.4. Is that something wrong with the cheap discs as well?
