I have a bunch of downloaded video clips in various formats using various codecs, and I was wondering what program would allow me to import these files an export them in any format I wish (.avi, .mov, raw, etc.)

A name of a program would be great!!! Thanks.

Yes, It would be great if there were one magical program that will import any video, and output it in any format you want.
