is it possible to buy swap magic or a similar product from high street shops or do you have to purchase it off the net ?

Well, the only place I have found them is on the net. Unless you have a local shop in town that does mod chip installs and stuff like that. There are many sites to buy this from, here are a few...

Yep, ConsolePoint is great for US and Canada. But he's been busy the last couple of weeks with the new SM36 coming out. It might take up to a week.
