Unable to Play xfile DVD's From Korea

Hello,

Purchased Seasons 1-9 of the xfiles from Ebay plays great on home dvd player but will not play on my Gateway computer It will not play on my DVD rom nor my DVD burner.

I plan is to make back up copies use them put the originals away.

I tryed download many programs that will allow you play dvd around the world but did not work.

When I put them in there is no spinning just clicks sounds for both drives. Tried powerdvd stated unsupported format.

check for updates for my DVD burner and rom it states unable to find better than what has on computer.

I am really stumped please help going nuts!!
