One Final Question regarding Burning DVD's

I have 4 shows with the exact same filename and extension. I tried changing the file names but after I do that, it cannot recongize each other. I cannot burn the shows with the same file name and I tried everything but cant fix it.

There are many file extensions for each show.

VIDEO_TS.BUP
VIDEO_TS.IFO
VTS_01_0.BUP
VTS_01_0.IFO
VTS_01_1 (VOB FILE)
VTS_01_2 (VOB FILE)

I want 4 shows on a DVD which means theres 4 of each of the above files with the exact names.

hi

ok name all the VOB files in SEQUENCE!!! like this!

dump the IFO and BUP files out of the folder!

VTS_01_1.VOB
VTS_01_2.VOB
VTS_01_3.VOB
VTS_01_4.VOB
VTS_01_5.VOB
VTS_01_6.VOB
VTS_01_7.VOB
VTS_01_8.VOB

then get IFOEdit and use that to make the new bup and ifo files to go with your renamed vobs!

click the button in IFOEdit called CREATE IFO (bottom center of main window) let it run...

NOTE! use same destination folder as vobs for the new ifo / bup!

then when done burn them in Nero useing ADD_VIDEO tab in dvd mode and place all files in the folder Nero makes called VIDEO_TS and burn

enjoy!

note no menus! it will play one after the other! if you want a simple menu and a chapter piont for each file then use TMPGEnc dvd author after the files are made from IFOEdit then burn useing TMPGEnc dvd author!

these are the sort of things you will see just have a play about! also Nero VISIONEXPRESS will make chaper pionts and menus but i dont use it!
