Burned dvd not working

i have a dvd 9 dvd on the pc that i downloaded a while ago
Now i have the follwing files of it VIDEO_TS.VOB - VTS_01_0.VOB - VTS_01_1.VOB - VTS_01_2.VOB - VTS_01_3.VOB - VTS_01_4.VOB - VTS_01_5.VOB - VTS_01_6.VOB - VTS_01_7.VOB and VTS_01_8.VOB
when i try to burn these files with nero i get a message that an file is missing which can cause the dvd to fail.
When i open these files with vlc player it works fine except when i burn it on dvd and put it in my player its a wrong disc.
Is there something i can do to get it working again help appriciated
