HELP!!! Dvd Shrink, shrinks twice, before done

I have been using Dvd Shrink since last summer. My computer crashed in Jan. got a new harddrive, and reinstalled dvd shrink. the last month or so, it takes longer to use dvd shrink. I insert my dvd movie, open disk, then back up, and it takes about 20min to analysis, then starts over and starts encoding for about 40 min. It never use to do this It usually took about 25min to shrink and then it would auto open decrypter. Now shrink does it twice. What happened and can it be fixed.

I worked it out I followed the shrink guide; "lesson Learnt"
