Update: The documentation and newbie pages are being put up again. (Our website has a dramatic design overhaul... we installed a CMS so bookmark us for updates)

If you are confused about the exploit, and how it can be used, or if you have the equipment NEEDED for the exploit, then visit http://www.ausdigital.net/ and click on Introduction UPDATED LINK! - It gives you an introduction and will tell you how you can use Independence Compiler to get it working!

If you've been at it for months, or haven't even attempted to exploit your ps2, Independence Compiler 3.0 will make it easy for you.

Note: An exploit cannot be installed on a slimline PS2. You will need swapmagic, or a modchip.

Now Independence Compiler 3.0 does EVERYTHING. It even builds the ISO file or XPS file (If you need another format, convert the outputted XPS file using PS2 Savebuilder)

Download it here http://www.ausdigital.net

So far I've had nothing but positive experiences, but if you find a bug, tell me so I can fix it for the next version.

*Bump* Although not many people have posted, I still believe this is the easiest way so I thought I'd bump this topic to the top for the many new people who visit afterdawn each day!

It says that it is made for newbies and then they through around all these file names that i have no idea what to do, so maybe someone can help me. What is a title.db? I wish there were step by step instructions for this but there are not, could someone make some? I know absolutley nothing about exploiting a ps2, sorry for my ignorance.

*bump*
hey this is fun! haha

Actually, as for exploits not working for slim ps2's, I read somewhere that if you install an exploit onto a memory card via a fat ps2, you could use that memory card just as well on a slim ps2...

Does this have any basis in fact?

Well its easy enough to install the exploit onto the memory card, it just wont boot since they fixed the flaw in the software that read the title.db

Perhaps someone can find a new flaw :-)
