Anyone back this up successfully? I used a nero 6 straight copy to copy with memorex dvd+r, which almost always works for me? Any suggestions?

If your using Swap magic you need a patch.
I would run dvd identifier ( http://dvd.identifier.cdfreaks.com )
And see what those memorex are.
If they are CMC maufactured that could be the problem.
(memorex outsources to differnt vendors for there dvd media,
one they use Ricoh or RicohJpn are great... THE OTHERS ARE GARBAGE
for ps2 game backup.
(They may be fine for movies, But ps2 games read more frequently and
more randomly on the media.)
And therfore require a higher grade media, (for newer games).
