I have know idea what the problem is and its driving me nuts!!! I will tell you what I know and its not much - I have a modded xbox and when you load up the xbox a screen appears and says slayers evo-v my choices of emulators can be found in two places 1) self installed emulators or 2) avalaunch. Either one I choose it does the same thing I click to load surreal64 and it says loading... and it brings me back to the slayers page. I went in to the ini file and changed it to point to the roms. I have also changed the extensions of the roms from .usa to .n64 using tool64. This version of surreal came installed with the modded xbox. I have also tried to install it myselfin a whole new directory and it won't even load!! Could someone please help me I have no idea what I'm doing!!!! Thanks for any help

This is what you need to do.

1. make sure your surreal64 folder is in the specified emulator folder that is stated in the .ini file.

2. inside you surreal folder, make sure the .xbe item is named "default.xbe"

3. once part one and two have been done, reboot the box and you should be good.


Keep in mind you might have a bad download of surreal, if this doesnt work try downloading another copy or download another version.

If you read the txt. file, I believe it will tell you to edit the .ini file that's located in the E:/TDATA location, and not the one inside the emulator folder.
